- start near the basket on the right, lift up the right knee, shoot high off the backboard with the right hand
- back up one step, take one inside step with the left foot, shoot
- back up two steps, take two steps (right, left), shoot
- back up three steps, take one dribble while stepping forward with the left foot, step right-left and shoot.
