4 self rebounds and outlets to 1, who dribbles for a layup at the other end, 4 sprints to follow, 1 keeps going.
The next pair starts while 4 rebounds (the ball can't hit the floor), inbounds to 1 with a baseball pass over the inside shoulder for a layup, and sprints to rebound. Switch lines. Use both sides of the floor.
Variation - pull-up jump shots.
WBCA Offensive Drills
a) Air it out - the same drill, use two balls.
b) Celtics fast-break drill - 4 puts back any miss at the far basket, inbounds with a baseball pass to 1, the next baseline player rebounds and outlets, use 2-3 balls.
