Three players with one ball, one cone at each end between the foul line and the top of the circle. 2 self rebounds and outlets to 1, who headmans to 3 for a layup.
1 rebounds, outlets to 3, who headmans to 2 (rotation is rebounder to shooter to passer). Continue for 30-45 seconds.
- no-dribble layups
- the ball cannot hit the floor except on a pass
- 6 layups in 30 seconds
- pull-up shots.
