Sideline Zoom action
 | 1 Zoom action can be run ballside or weakside on a sideline (or baseline) out of bounds. See Inbounds - Baseline Zoom action. 1) See YouTube video - NBA's Most Used Play (at 0:52, 7:51). a) Golden State pin-down Simple ballside action. 5 pops for the inbounds pass, 3 pins down for 1 then clears, 1 gets a DHO. |
 | 2 b) Golden State backscreen 3 inbounds to 5, 2 backscreens for 3 (instead of getting a pindown). Weakside flarescreen. |
 | 3 2 gets a DHO. |
 | 4 c) Miami Heat 5 pops for the inbounds pass, swings it to 4. |
 | 5 5 pins down for 2, who gets a DHO from 4. |
 | 6 d) Denver Nuggets Zoom action to the other side. 5 gets the inbounds pass, 4 pins down for 2 into a DHO.  |
 | 7 2) Miami Heat See YouTube video - Miami Sideline Zoom. Also zoom action to the other side. 5 backscreens for 3 and steps out. |
 | 8 1 inbounds to 5, 2 comes off a pindown by 4 and gets a hand-off from 5. |

 | 10 3) Northern Iowa See YouTube video - Zoom Action (at 12:38). a) 5 gets the inbounds pass, 4 clears, into weakside zoom action for 2. (Option) - 4 and 1 stagger screen for 2, see below. |
 | 11 b) Staggered Zoom 5 screens for 1 to get the inbounds pass. |
 | 12 1 passes to 5, 3 and 1 set a staggered ballside screen for 2, who gets a DHO from 5. |
 | 13 a) 5 gets open using 4. |
 | 14 1 and 2 get pin-down screens. 1 gets a DHO from 5, 2-3-4 space, 5 rolls. |
 | 15 b) 5 pops out for the inbounds pass, 1 spaces to set up a zoom cut. |
 | 16 1 and 2 get pin-down screens, 5 dribbles at 1 then spin dribbles, 2 backcuts for a pass. |
