1 and 2 pass back and forth, the player with the ball near the free-throw circle passes for a layup. Repeat coming back or another pair goes. Start with 5-6 passes, then 4 then 3.
b) Diagonal cut
1 tosses the ball high off the backboard to 2, then cuts to the ballside wing for an outlet pass, dribbles wide, passes to 2 in the middle, cuts for a return pass and layup. 2 rebounds.
c) Drop pass
No dribbling. 1 tosses the ball off the backboard to 2, cuts ballside for pass, makes a drop pass to 2 without dribbling, sprints wide for a return pass and layup. 2 rebounds.
d) Baseball pass
1 tosses the ball off the backboard to 2 then sprints upcourt for a baseball pass near the foul line. 2 sprints after his pass to rebound, or get a drop pass if the baseball pass was off the mark.
