Get the bigs running the floor. Fuller likes the bigs to run elbow to elbow, with the trail big hopefully opposite elbow.
a) 2 on 0
Everyone is a big.
One ball, 5 self rebounds, outlets to 1, sprints to touch the opposite far elbow, 1 drives for a layup.
1 rebounds, 5 runs elbow to elbow, 1 hits 5 with no dribble, and follows to rebound before the ball hits the floor.
5 goes off, 1 outlets to 2, continue.
b) 3 on 0
Forwards are in the middle line, guards should be out running wide.
5 self rebounds, outlets to 1, sprints elbow to elbow, 1 takes one dribble and hits 2, 5 flashes across for a pass and finishes. 1 follows to rebound.
(2 may need to take a dribble)
If the ball hits the wing in transition, the early post attacks the weakside elbow then goes to the strongside block.
Do the same thing coming back, 1 takes one dribble and hits 2, 5 runs through the opposite elbow for a pass.
New players go next, get the ball out of net.
Progression - 3 and 6 each have a ball, pass to 2 and 1 for shots, contest the shots, and go next with new big 4.
