Scattered around the court are tennis balls placed on cones (use about 15 tennis balls for 12 players, here only a few players are shown for clarity). All players are dribbling, on "go", they pick up a tennis ball, dribble to put it on an empty cone, continue until one player gets 8-10-12 tennis balls (or until time is up).
For warm-up or agility training, players do this while running, not dribbling. |
