Roy Williams

Vision is one of their defensive stations, go for 2-3 minutes then rotate to the next station, the others are

- 1 on 1 in the middle
- 1 on 1 on the side
- deny the wing
- retreat in the direction of a pass.

See the Tar Heels halfcourt man-to-man pressure defence.

4 sprints to the block and stops, X4 denies the cut then uses his left arm to knock 4's right arm up and steps through with his left foot to completely front 4 (with his left hand up, and right hand down and touching 4). Don't try to fight over and get into swim motion.
